Our Declutter During Sales Program provides a turnkey service to wrap, pack, barcode for inventory, and pick up your clients’ assets creating a clear canvas for staging and photography. An onsite consultation is provided (free of charge) to determine which items will be removed from the home and detail any specific building requirements.

This storage service is also a valuable resource during renovation projects, relocations, and rental clients.

Every item is barcoded and scanned ensuring the highest level of safekeeping. An online account is generated which provides detailed information and images for easy recall. Assets are delivered by our Storage Professionals with a phone call or online order to our Concierge Team. Our Crozier Fine Arts division is available to manage high end artwork and sculpture storage needs.
